AVENTK carries out systematic measures for fire safety such as periodic inspection, shift responsibility and fixed personnel management, and also holds fire safety drills every year, aiming to enhance the safety precautionary awareness of all staff and improve the ability of fire emergency response, and strengthen the ability to cope with emergencies and self-rescue and escape.

On October 17, 2023, AVENTK conducted a plant-wide fire fighting knowledge training and fire emergency drill in 2023.

The whole drill activity is divided into tabletop exercise training, after simulated fire accident power outage, escape and evacuation, personnel inventory, fire extinguishing equipment use teaching hands-on exercises several parts, all employees in accordance with the action plan prepared before the drill to carry out practical exercises, fire drills from 15:20 pm to start, the discovery of the fire, reporting the fire, power outage, the start of the emergency response plan, evacuation of personnel, personnel inventory, use of fire extinguishers The fire drill started at 15:20 pm, and was concluded with the discovery of fire, reporting of fire, disconnection of power, activation of emergency plan, evacuation of personnel, inventory of personnel, explanation of the use of fire extinguishers, summarization of the drill, completion of the drill, restoration of power supply, and cleaning up of the site. 

Through the fire fighting knowledge explanation and practical exercises, AVENTK staff mastered the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, knew how to correctly call the police in the face of emergencies, evacuated after the power outage while checking whether the emergency facilities in the plant were activated normally, and were able to fight primary fires and help the injured. And in the face of fire, familiar with the escape routes and methods, in the shortest possible time to reach the emergency assembly point.

The fire drill was carried out in an orderly and intense manner according to the predetermined plan and achieved the expected effect, and the drill was a complete success.

AVENTK, as an adhesive production and management enterprise, will continue to pay attention to fire safety and other production safety issues after the end of this drill, regularly organize fire safety education for all employees, guide employees to pay attention to fire safety, and ensure that all employees know the fire danger of their positions, and know how to report to the police, how to put out a fire, and how to evacuate and escape. For newly recruited and newly rotated employees, pre-service firefighting training will also be conducted to equip them with the necessary fire safety skills.
