1133 Reworkable chip encapsulation Adhesive

AVENTK 1133 series chip damming adhesive is a one-component epoxy heatset
adhesive, which can be used for chip damming and four-corner binding, the
adhesive has high viscosity, high adhesion, high strength, high viscosity and
excellent aging resistance, and has strong chemical stability, which can cope with
a wide range of application scenarios, it can be used for OCBA chip damming, and
also can be used for electronic components that need to be individually encapsulated
and filled, such as the bare chip gold wire encapsulation and cavity filling, and it can
be used for the leadframes, ceramic substrate, PCB boards, FPC boards on the chip
encapsulation, and so on.
